Use of the Service

You may use EZCV to create, edit, store, and export CVs for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not use the service for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or content that violates applicable law.

Accounts, Data, and Billing

Without login, CV drafts remain in your browser. With login, we may store account details, synced drafts, and subscription status to provide cross-device functionality. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload or create.

Paid subscriptions and billing are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and policies. Subscriptions renew according to your selected subscription unless canceled, and account access may change based on payment status, cancellations, or charge failures.

Service Availability and Warranty

EZCV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
